Membership Terms And Conditions (Please read it carefully)
- Member age must be 16 years or older.
- Proper sportwear is required along with suitable sneakers/sport shoes.
- Members Should notify the administration/coach for any medical problem prior to any aerobic/athletic activity.
- 9ROUND is not responsible for any injury or loss of property to any person suffered during any aerobic/athletic activity for any reason whatsoever, including ordinary negligence.
- Lockers should be utilized during workout session only. Lockers will be automatically or by administrator unlocked every two hours without any liability.
- Member must utilize the facilities and equipment with care. Member will be fully responsible for any physical damage or destruction of the properties due to the misuse.
- The use of any hormone or any illegal supplement are forbidden in 9ROUND premises.
- Smoking and/or consumption of food is prohibited in 9ROUND premises.
- Member are not allowed to give any gift or any type of financial payment to 9ROUND staff.
- 9ROUND has the right to terminate the membership in case of any inappropriate act or misbehave toward any other member or staff without any refund
- 9ROUND has the right to close any branch or its facilities for maintenance purpose or any other reason without any prior notice.
- Membership card must be used by the beneficiary only and not allowed to be use by any other person or member. Any misused of Membership card will result to membership termination without any refund.
- Member must comply with all above terms and conditions along with any additional terms and conditions might announced in the future.
- Member has the right to directly contact branch manager to file any complain or suggestion
9Round Kuwait Waiver
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY. I, the client, acknowledge that I know, understand and appreciate the inherent risks of participating in aerobic and athletic activities. I know that these risks range from minor injuries such as muscle strains and sprains to significant problems such as knee injuries or broken bones to the rare catastrophic events such as heart attacks, paralysis and death.
I hereby assert that I am voluntarily participating in the activities and that I fully assume the inherent risks of such participation and I will not hold TRUE NORTH FITNESS INSTITUTE CO. W.L.L. or its employee of any health claim, suit, loss, or damage arising out for any reason whatsoever, including ordinary negligence. I certify that (1) I possess a sufficient degree of physical fitness to participate in aerobics and physical activity; (2) I understand that I am to discontinue activity at any time I feel undue discomfort or stress; and (3) I will indicate below any health concerns that might affect my ability to participate in the activities and I will verbally inform the instructor immediately.
Membership is non refundable and non-transferable
